Our weighty Reeded fastener is forged from solid brass. The reeded part of the handle accentuates the hand finishing carried out by our expert craftsmen. Features a reversible design and includes both mortice and hook plates for different fitting options. Locking mechanism operates by way of grub screw. Suitable for use with weather-stripped windows. Supplied with matching SS wood screws. Polished Brass is a simplistic, classic finish most synonymous with use in traditional period properties and interiors, yet works well paired with light colours and subtle textural details to achieve a luxurious, more modern aesthetic. Our Polished Brass products are manufactured from solid, unlacquered brass. Bright and reflective when polished, although as an unlacquered, ‘living’ finish it will continue to oxidise, meaning it will darken over time.
