Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most hardware products within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All components, accessories, and manuals are included
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following hardware items are not eligible for return:

  • Bespoke made ironmongery
  • Products that have been modified, installed, or used

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photo or video evidence if requested
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
