Our Lion Head door knocker is forged from solid brass and its intricate detailing emphasises the high-quality materials and manufacturing techniques used. Fixes to your door using a bolt-through fixing for the knocker and strike plate which is fitted with a dome head cap on the internal side of the door. Supplied with matching 70mm stainless steel threaded bars and dome headed caps. Manufactured from solid, unlacquered Brass, our Aged Brass products undergo an accelerated ageing process before surface areas are repolished, creating a striking contrast between the darker patina left around the edges and recesses, and brighter surface areas. As an unlacquered, ‘living’ finish Aged Brass will continue to oxidise, meaning it will darken over time.
